Best breakfast place at the Lake. Prepare to wait if you arrive after 8, but it's worth it. There were 10 of us and we went two days in a row. We all ordered different things each day and not one person left disappointed either time. The waitress remembered us and our orders the second day -- amazing! I prefer a family owned place and this definitely is. They really seem to care and it shows - great service, delicious food, and laid back atmosphere. Loved it!

Now I hate giving such a low review considering the food was pretty good, but it was not as great as everyone makes it out to be. I had chocolate chip pancakes and a side of biscuits and sausage gravy. The gravy had clumps of flour in it still and the sausage was almost non-existent, but the pancakes were great. My husband had an omelette and loved every single bite. The real problem we had here was the poor service. When we arrived, and throughout our meal, the place was not very busy as it was still early in the morning. Our waitress was not very attentive to our needs and made us feel like we had to rush through our meal. Our waters were not refilled until we asked for our check and my husband never got the refill on his coffee he asked for before our food arrived. We will try again in a few weeks and see if maybe having another server and a different meal changes our opinion!

I was skeptical after the hostess wasn't particularly friendly... But it ended up being really good. Our server, Nana, knew the menu inside and out, she was friendly and funny, and she told us some great stories - such a character! The pancakes were really yummy and the hashbrowns tasted fresh. I'm glad it turned around after the hostess experience :)

  • Susan C.

The service here is second to none. Within two minutes of sitting down, we had three different servers asking us our drink order...and it wasn't even annoying the way they were asking...it was as if they genuinely cared. The pancakes are literally bigger than your face (and I have a big face)...and the breakfast quesadillas are also a must!

My husband and I have been there several times to eat in store, and have called and had pick up to go as well. Each time the food has been consistently good, the customer service friendly and professional, and our coffees refilled regularly. The trick to avoiding crowds, especially during the summer is to go early, we're way old and old people like to eat early, so no crowds. The joint is very clean as are the bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is for someone to discover and provide a better hot sauce for their breakfast burritos and eggs. The salsa they serve is straight out "Pace Picante" or some other horror filled sauce like that and it's a shame to use it on their delicious food. A great place to eat and the prices are reasonable...remember, go early, it's very small inside!!!

My fellow yelpers, you have really stuffed the ballot box with this one. We both had the chicken fried steak. The steak floats inside a wrapper of fried breading, reminded me of a pita bread pocket; clearly straight from the freezer to the grease. There was a small stripe of white gravy that only covered about a third of the steak. We had to order a side of gravy each to finish the job- that was an extra $3 each. Not cool. The gravy is not up to par, actually tasted sweet. Diners north of the Mason Dixon- please learn how to make saw mill gravy.... I beg you! The potatoes were good as were the eggs. The service was spot on. Consistent refills with the coffee, great interactions with our waitress and the owner. Wish the food matched the people. Be sure to get a seat inside. We sat on the patio which was lovely until the crowds showed up. They leaned in on the outside railing about 4 feet from the table and stare at you while you eat like an animal in a cage at the zoo. Very unnerving. Please find another place to wait your turn.

Was on a weekend trip with my wife and a bunch of other friends. We were craving breakfast food and from the looks of it, this place was the best place around. We went Sunday late morning and it was relatively full. There were a couple of small parties ahead of us, but the hostess told us it would be a 25-30 minute wait, because we had a party of 14. Instead of all sitting together, we decided to split up after about 15 minutes of debating on what to do. The hostess and servers were very patient with us as we kept flip flopping between staying or going to another place. We eventually decided on staying and splitting up the party. A party of 6 sat inside, while the rest sat outside. I had one of the specials on the board which was just named "Pancake." It came with two pancakes, two eggs, and bacon for $7.99. Just a warning, the buttermilk pancakes are HUGE. They were probably a good 8" in diameter. The eggs were a little undercooked, and the bacon was cooked just the way I like it, a little on the crispy side. Had a good experience and would definitely consider this place again for breakfast!

  • Lawanda H.

Everything was great but the crunchy French toast and the cowboy omelet was delicious.. A must when coming to the lake. I will be back. Oh yes try the corned beef hash, my husband said it was the best he has ever had

  • Mario R.

So this place is right outside of the tan tar a resort and is highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and it is a very homey feel. It's breakfast all day so the service is fairly fast, not much of a long wait at all. They also have a lunch menu but not many people order it here apparently. All in all this is a great place to swing by and get some amazing breakfast!!!

  • Karla C.

We tried this place based on all the good reviews. Breakfast quesadilla was beyond tasty. Perfect combo of flavorful ingredients. Luckily my partner got the full order and shared because my biscuits and gravy were a flop. No flavor in the plain tasting gravy. The French toast was average but the portion was huge. I would rate this a pretty average breakfast spot.

    (3)
  • John D.

This place is exceptional. The best corned beef hash I've ever eaten. This is my third day in a row my brother and I have gone here for breakfast!

    (5)
  • Jane C.

Used to be good just not anymore. It's was greasy. And the quiche was bad. Like they made it a long time ago

  • Liz S.

The Pancake House was definitely worth the wait! The pancakes were delicious and the servings portions are big. Staff was kind even with a rude customer who was sat just behind us. We had the overpriced, not so tasty, Tan Tar A buffet the day day before and wish we had discovered The Pancake House earlier. We will be back on our next visit to the lakes.

  • Richard P.

The food was great! The hostesses were laughably bad, they repeatedly cleared multiple tables before re-seating, tables sat empty 10-20 minutes on several occasions. The 2 girls and woman seating guests verbally stated that they felt overwhelmed, keep in mind the max occupancy of this place was 49 persons, clearly stated on the local fire code permit that I stared at for 30 minutes while waiting to be seated. They had plenty of employees, 12-15ppl working, mostly high school aged kids working under poor adult management. The food was great, every thing was very clean, but if you're looking for a quick in and out you might try another venue. Recommend: Egg white omelet & French Toast

Small place, so you will wait... But they have a great breakfast.

  • Gydeon G.

Went for breakfast with my family. Great food and friendly staff. Menu option was reasonable with main options of typical breakfast food i.e. Sausage, bacon, hash browns, and yes...pancakes. My wife enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Her only complaint was that he does not have a changing table. Hence, the four star rating. Otherwise, it would have been a five star rating.

    (4)
  • Alison N.

Awesome breakfast. So happy they moved to their new location. Many more tables and less wait. Their breakfast consists of fresh ingredients and different options than just eggs and pancakes. I love the breakfast quesadilla, it's amazing. I'm not a huge pancake fan and I don't particularly care for these pancakes either so judging this place by its name isn't the best idea. But my dinning companions did enjoy their pancakes

    (4)
  • Re U.

We tried this place because of the beaming reviews on yelp. I don't really see the hype. Our server was great and that's why this place gets two stars. Other than that food was mediocre. I felt bored of my food half way through my country fried steak.

    (2)
  • Prakash B.

One of the best breakfast place I have been to. It's not just a regular chain pancake house.

    (5)
  • Brett G.

One of the best breakfast experiences we have had. Certainly the best corned beef hash I have ever enjoyed. Quesadillas were wonderful. The only thing better than the food was the attentive professional service. Coming back tomorrow and every time when we have a chance.

We found this place via Yelp and drove out of our way to eat a late breakfast on a Sunday afternoon. And it was the best decision we've made since we said "I do" I know, cheesy... But true!!! The staff was beyond friendly, the owner greeted us at the bar and spoke to us about their new location and gave us some suggestions and read us the specials of the day, which included a 6lb burrito called the Chubby Burrito... It was huge! We opted for something smaller, which was still ginormous, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and his was the eggs Benedict southern style. The food was delicious, the place was spotless and the staff was so kind! Our brunch ran us $21, plus tip and we took half of it home. Needless to say we will most definitely be returning when we are back in town!! Thanks so much!!

  • Michele C.

Best place to eat breakfast at the lake! Huge amount of homemade food for extremely reasonable price. Small but worth the wait!!

    (5)
  • Ashley B.

Ate here with my boyfriend while we were at the lake, came here for brunch after a long night and boy did it hit the spot!! I got the four cheese omelet, he got the cowboy omelet & we shared a half order of French toast. The omelets were AWESOME, the French toast was expensive but was great, it basically melted in your mouth! We sat outside and it was very nice. I'll definitely be coming back for another omelet!!

  • Emma B.

I am going to give this place 5-stars because the service is so wonderful! Probably some of the kindest staff I have ever had the pleasure to dine with. My toddler dropped a salt shaker that shattered all over the floor and they were so gracious about it, they even let her borrow and play with a toy car they keep on hand. The pancakes are very good, although they are sweet! I definitely recommend ordering a combination of both savory and sweet or else probably just pancakes might overwhelm you. We tried the bananas foster, chocolate chip and strawberry and I think the strawberry ones were our favorites. The hash browns were delicious and the ham was also. Lovely little diner with exceptional service and kind, kind people.

    (5)
  • Traci L.

We have lived her for years. Our first time here. To bad for us. We have been missing out! A must if you are at the lake! My husband and 10 yr old said the best pancakes ever!

  • Lesley S.

Oh my heavens.... Hands down the best breakfast I've had in I don't know when! My daughter and I tried to find this place by the map on yelp and its sooo wrong. It's right by the overpass on 54 and KK. I called the restaurant to ask. Apparently, they get that a lot. This place is tiny. 6-8 tables at best. We ended up sharing a table with another couple. It's definitely a local place and super friendly. The locals we sat with come here weekly. She said there wasn't anything less than amazing on the menu. She was right. My daughter ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and I ordered the banana foster pancakes and the breakfast quesadilla. I ordered half sizes and still couldn't eat it all. I had enough for lunch and to share. Breakfast quesadilla is little triangles of goodness. They were so full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The banana fosters pancakes.... Oh my. They remind me a little of grandma's banana pudding all warm, gooey and sooo good. I'm already dreaming of these! You should check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Great little family owned breakfast restaurant! My wife and I stopped through here twice niw because it was such good food and service . The corned beef hash is just awesome as well as the homemade B&G or Pancakes. You won't be dissapointed. Dave the owner says they're expanding in August 2014 to a building right up the street (on KK) - so next fall I'll check that out. Good luck guys!

I was looking for a good breakfast and luckily found The Pancake House on Yelp. My expectations were exceeded when I ordered their Greek omelet. When I took my first bite I literally said "yum" out loud. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are very filling, and the food is fantastic!! I was also greeted with a friendly smile by the staff when I walked in. They were very attentive and helpful. I'm visiting Missouri for the first time from San Diego and really appreciated a place with good food and a welcoming environment. Thank you!

Hands down best breakfast at the lake. Been here at the lake for nearly 5 years and decided to try this morning. Best decision I've ever made before 10AM. Definitely recommend to all the food junkies and culinary folks if ever at the Lake of The Ozarks.

    (5)
  • Julie S.

Our meal was delicious and the service was great! We ordered the Strawberry French Toast and the Veggie Quiche. We sat at the counter and watched everything that came out of the window. It all looked delicious!

    (5)
  • Mark L.

GREAT BREAKFAST. GREAT SERVICE. This place is a local hotspot but anyone in town is always welcome. This place is very small (only 7 tables inside) so be prepared to wait for a little bit (or order carry out). The food is excellent and there is A LOT of it so come hungry! I recommend either the pancakes or the breakfast quesadilla (but you really can't go wrong with other options). The only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5 is due to the very small space in the restaurant.

  • Danielle W.

This restaurant was down the highway from our resort, and my in-laws raved about how good it was. We stopped in on a Monday morning and were seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The mayor has his own seat marker...a testament to the great food. I had the Breakfast Quesadilla and my hubby had the #1 with a pancake. The side pancake was bigger than most short stacks. The full order quesadilla came with 12 pieces, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. So much food to eat in one sitting (only ate half). It was soooo good, we went back for more on Wednesday!!!

  • Pat B.

Best breakfast and lunch at the lake and wait staff the food is great the new place is nice bright and friendly

    (5)
  • Bob B.

We went there with a party of 7 and had to wait awhile to get a seat but it was well worth it. My wife had the breakfast quesadillas and they were great. They portion was was huge and the leftovers were great heated up in a skillet the next day. We also got a full order of blueberry pancakes which were very good. It is a great place to go eat breakfast in the Ozarks.

  • Sho N.

I doubt you'll find much better. Atmosphere, staff, service, location and food were all very good. They made me feel as if they were happy to see me, as a business traveler this isn't always the case. I tried the Southwest Benedict and was very glad I did. The coffee was great and older woman who helped me was as good as it gets. When I go back they will be seeing me again.

    (5)
  • John K.

The food is great but the owners attitude need to be adjusted their rude to their clients. The service from their waitstaff is great. We've been going since they opened at the old location I have sent many friends and brought lots of family there we won't be returning to the new location

    (3)
  • Amy K.

Fantastic. Awesome service and even better food. A must go when you're visiting the lake.

Really good breakfast. The blueberry pancakes were delicious! Go early as space is limited.

Fan-freaking-tastic. We stopped in on a Monday around 10:30a for a snack and just decided to get breakfast again instead. It's a small place in a strip mall off the highway, but boy is it good. Not necessarily diner food, but kind of the same concept. I think Wednesdays are senior days....unless you're a senior, I'd probably avoid that day... We got the daily special, which was a half order of biscuits and gravy, two eggs, and either home fries or hash browns. It was a ton of food, and the half order of biscuits made me wonder what a full order was like. The gravy was good, but I still don't understand why people don't put more sausage in their gravy....but that is just me. I really loved the biscuits....really light and fluffy! I also got 2 bananas foster pancakes: 2 gigantic pancakes with caramelized bananas, caramel, whipped cream, and pecans. Whoa man. Tasty and delicious, but I was in a sugar/carb coma for about the next 2 hours. Really friendly service, they're open from 6a-2p. They serve lunch too. For two people and enough food to last us til dinner: $13 + tip.

  • Danielle C.

I tried this place because of the reviews. We listened to the waitress's recommendations and preferred the southern Benedict, corned beef hash, and the quesadilla. All were amazing! If I had to choose, I think my favorite was the corner beef hash. The waitress was great, and the chef (Dave I think), even cane out and asked us how our meal was! Next time we're in town, we will definitely be back!!

    (5)
  • Desiree M.

Oh my Yumminess! I would frequent this place if I lived here. The prices are a bit steep but the portion sizes make up for it. I do wish you could get more half orders of things. I got the Mixed Berry two stack of pancakes and it was amazing! I think next time i will go with just one pancake it is enough for a whole meal. The best biscuits and gravy handsdown i have had anywhere....so much flavor! Make sure you come hungry here. The staff is fantastic and you will enjoy every bite and minute you are in this little mom and pop place!

    (5)
  • Darla B.

We went for breakfast today and I ended my getting the grilled cheese - 4 kinds of cheese, bacon, tomatoes, pickles and a side of sweet potato fries. Best grilled cheese that I have EVER had! I highly recommend The Pancake House for breakfast and lunch. Good food and great staff. Check them out if you are ever in Osage Beach, MO

Best breakfast at the lake. Food is delicious, portions are huge, price is right, and breakfast is served all day long!

Excellent food and wonderful service. Breakfast quesadilla is amazing. Highly recommend it!!!

  • Betty Jason K.

Definately lived up to the five star rating! We got ours to go and it was amazing! The staff was amazing and food was home made. Great job! Our new "old" breakfast spot @ the lake!!!

    (5)
  • Stuart K.

Definitely lived up to its reputation! I had the #5 southwest Benedict and it was amazingly delicious. We went on Labor Day morning and even though they were slammed busy the waitress was fun and super kind to us. The only downside is the seating area is really small and you will more than likely have to wait, but it is worth it. I would certainly go back again and recommend this place to anyone staying at the lake.

    (5)
  • Justin R.

After being hyped up by reviews, this place was a bit of a let down. Although my husband was quite pleased with his choice (eggs, bacon, pancake platter) I was very disappointed by the biscuits and gravy. I think a good biscuit and gravy can tell you all you need to know about a breakfast place, but this one did not deliver. The gravy was very oniony, and a little tart. My hash browns were also a bit undercooked which was disappointing too. Two breakfast staples that weren't executed at a high enough standard. I would give it a try, but if all else fails... Go to Kay's Home Cooking Restaurant!

    (3)
  • Erin M.

Nothing to complain about except that there is no sign and not enough tables in this cozy little place The food was reasonably priced and delicious. We tried the breakfast quesadilla. It was light and fresh. French toast was awesome. Egg sandwich also delicious. Buscuits and gravy were very good. Coffee pretty weak but flavor was fine. Staff friendly and service quick.

    (5)
  • Stephanie K.

Such a great find!!! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was great! I had the bananas foster French toast and would totally recommend it if you like sweet breakfast dishes. The cafe is tiny, so expect a wait, but it looks like they are opening in a new, bigger location this October. Fantastic!!

  • Steve P.

Great breakfast! Our family had pancakes SW eggs Benedict and more pancakes with bacon and sausage. Everything was really good. Service was top notch.

    (5)
  • Tana S.

Oh my gosh! Pancakes were the size of the plate. The Southwest Benedict was hearty. The biscuit was light and fluffy. Sausage was good. Hashbrowns were homemade and excellent. Bacon was cooked to perfection. The service was quick and very friendly! Loved this place!!!

    (5)
  • Laura S.

The breakfast quesadillas are AMAZING. You cannot finish the half order. It is worth the wait.

  • Jennifer F.

The best breakfast on the Lake & in the WORLD! The owners are so nice!!! We had a great time!!! Watch out for long waits yet it's worth every minute!!! We will be going back;)

Staying at a condo nearby and saw the great reviews here on Yelp. Everyone was right on - 2 adults/ 3 kids. The place was busy but we were still sealed immediately. Service was great and quick. Wife had an omelette (ham/cheese) - loved it. Kids had muffins, choc chip pancakes - all big hits. I had steak/eggs. (Ribeye steak, hash browns, 2 over medium eggs and 2 pieces of toast) - only $8.50. Synopsis: good great, service great, food great, prices great - definitely coming back.

    (5)
  • Patti C.

So good! Breakfast here is a perfect hangover cure and very affordable. My party had a little but of everything in the menu and it was all so delicious. Not a lot of seats, but the staff is so efficient.

  • Gordy M.

The only reason I'm giving five stars is because Yelp doesn't allow six . . . or seven. Yep, it's that good! If you're the type who enjoys those chain restaurants that sell breakfasts to old people looking for bargains, go cash in those coupons and enjoy yourself. It'll make the line shorter at The Pancake House. The place is small - seats about 30 - so there's usually a line at peak breakfast time on weekends, but this is breakfast worth waiting for. Just get in line and get ready! We love The Lake and get down about four to five times a year. Now, though, our best friends just moved down from KC and bought a house about five minutes from this little morning meal Mecca. One trip and The Pancake House just became our go-to breakfast spot. Let's start with the coffee as most breakfasts do. Our waitress said it was Farmer Brothers - the perfect warm-up for what was to come. We never saw the bottom of our cups. Since it's name is The Pancake House, everyone but me ordered the headliner They looked delicious. Conversation basically ceased from the first forkful until they were throwing in their napkins. Each of them had a different variation on the theme, and each claimed theirs as "best pancakes ever!" I'm not arguing. Now, here's where I have to ask that you not share this review with my cardiologist. OK, I eat Quaker oatmeal, Shredded Wheat and Cheerios most mornings, but something possessed my soul just as I was ordering, and before I could find my willpower, I blurted out, "I'll have the corned beef hash and eggs over easy." And I must've added, ". . . and bring an order of the quiche, too. We'll share it." because that's exactly what appeared on the table a few minutes later. Forget those nasty little milligrams of sodium and cholesterol we hear so much about. It was just one breakfast out of many. I blocked the image of Dr. R's raised eyebrows, raised my fork and dug in. So glad I don't have to choose between a bypass and that breakfast on a daily basis! It would be a tough decision. I'm back home now, eating oatmeal again, but remembering with each spoonful the best breakfast I ever ate. Sorry Mom.

Excellent service & food all six times I have eaten here. Small but friendly.....excellent food and reasonable prices. Easy to find & this is a popular eating spot. NEVER have heard any negative words about this place. PS. They are always trying to please every customer!!

  • Usman H.

Cute little pancake place with gigantic pancakes. Its a local favorite so expect to see many locals who know each other and the waitress. Very friendly staff, food was prepared really quickly. I ordered the breakfast quesedilla based on other reviewers' remarks and it was delicious. Definitely a place we will go to again when we go to the Ozarks next time!

  • Robert J.

I have to give only for stars for the fact that a lot of master bedrooms are bigger than the dining room. The food was great though. I always have to try sausage gravy at new breakfast places and this gravy was smothered on their breakfast bowl. In general the bowl had great flavor, the gravy above average, but the potatoes were a little under cooked and I should have had the eggs scrambled. I ordered over medium, but they seemed a little too runny. Pancakes were good and covered a whole platter. It is obvious that the owner puts a lot of passion in their food. I will definitely come here again and order the breakfast quesadilla.

Were in the mood for breakfast for lunch so decided to try out the Pancake House, and I am so glad we did! It felt like being at my grandmas kitchen. Intimate, people laughing and excellent (and very sweet) staff! We had the pancakes.. Fantastic and huge! And the breakfast quesadilla which was awesome! The service was fantastic and the food was right up there with my favorite breakfast places in Chicago. So excited we found this little gem. We will definitely be back!

    (5)
  • Darren F.

Absolutely fantastic! I had the Reuben omelet and my brother had the pancakes. Huge portions! Hash browns were cut fresh and not greasy at all. Great service. We are going to stop back by in the morning. And they gave us free coffee to go! Love it!

  • Amy K.

It's a little place with great food and great service. Bananas foster pancake is absolutely sinful. Heaven in your mouth. We will be visiting again.

  • Wendy F.

This is definitely the best place for breakfast at the lake - and better than most we've been to anywhere else. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. We visited twice this vacation. We tried the eggs, corned beef hash, pancakes and French toast. Everything was great! It's a small place, so there's often a wait - but it's worth it. We heard they are moving to a larger location this fall.

  • Don R.

This is my favorite breakfast place period. The food is made from scratch and really good. The servers are friendly and the prices are really cheap for the amount of food you get. I've never been for lunch, but I bet the burgers cooked on that griddle are delicious.

  • Chris H.

This is the best breakfast spot at the lake! Great service and a fantastic breakfast menu.

    (5)
  • Amy S.

The pancakes were good, but the French toast was GREAT. We also had some orders of eggs/omelets, which were excellent - not greasy, and the veggies were cooked very well. The only disappointment were the diced potatoes on the side. We didn't try the hash browns, though. All-in-all, a new lake favorite for us!

    (5)
  • Tiffany H.

Great place for breakfast! Everything is delicious. I recommend the breakfast quesadilla and order the half size which is still a huge portion of food. The prices are very low as well.

  • Carla B.

Oh. My. God. Just go here. You won't be disapponted. Six of us came here and we all thought it was amazing. The location is small - that's how you know it's good. It's a great local hole in the wall. One tip - don't use the gps to find the location - they are located between the new and old highways. Don't turn toward Tan-Tar-A.

Neat little place 'down at the corner' just off KK & Hwy 54 (or take the KK exit if you're on the Expressway)....Close to our B & B and all the good stuff you want - Dave & Jennifer, the owners are locals, and understand the value of good service and good value...heck they even harrass their regulars and recognize the newbies! We enjoyed a turkey melt last Friday for our "date lunch" and breakfast this morning! Highly recommend the cheesy potato dish - hasbrowns with onions and cheese - SO good! And the bone in ham! YUMMO! Tell 'em Sue and Ron sent you. :)

We love this little breakfast diner. The food is always fresh. We also like how the owner/cook prepares your food and then is never too busy to sit down and chat with you while you eat. Its like having your own private cook. While this place is small, only seating about 30 people, it is everything you'd want in a family style restaurant! Be prepared to wait during busy breakfast and lunch hours but it is worth the wait. You have to try it out!

If you ever have the good fortune of being anywhere near this true gem of a restaurant (e.g., anywhere near Lake of the Ozarks, Mo), do yourself a favor and go have the very best made from scratch pancakes my wife and I (in our 50's) have ever had. The owner/chef is a serious foodie, very well trained, and very friendly. Rare for us, we went there two mornings in a row, and will never forget it. We wish this truly great restaurant all the luck in the world. Dan and Rusti Levin, St. Louis

Our family lives in CA & vacations here at the lake in Osage Beach, MO every summer. Crazy, but one of our favorite joys of summer here is The Pancake House!! The owner/chef makes the finest, freshest, yummiest breakfasts, bar none!! His wife's baking talents are tops too. Banana pancakes are soooo incredible, so are the blueberry ones. Never thought I'd be a bicuits & gravy girl, but theirs are not like anywhere else. OMG... you gotta try 'em. Good thing we only spend a month out of the year here, or we'd be heffers!! If you're in the mood to go lighter, he makes the finest egg-white omlets too. It's a family business & they treat you like family. This place is a MUST. If you have to wait, (you might, as it's small), I promise it'll be worth it.
